Apple web site has had me going in circles for the past hour. I'm in Australia and my address isn't acceptable despite being a user for who knows how long.
Does anyone know how fix this please? My level of frustration has reached crescendo!

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have been having in trying to get QT Pro; I know how frustrating that can be. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing, or what version or specific application of QT Pro you are needing.
