ios 8.0 is installed on my iphone . Version 8.2 has been downloaded. After I have agreed with apple license terms, nothing happens. The screen just display the license agreement.

If you are trying to do that on the phone, maybe your phones battery is critically low. So that the updater can't update the phone. Try after fully charging it. I don't if this solves your problem

The phone was fully charged. Is there a way to download again the update. I think something wrong happened during the download.

Did you try downloading the update from your computer? If not, download it from there and update your iPhone from your computer
Hi How much space have you got on your iPhone ? Delete some apps / photos you can get the back after download . Cheers Brian
