hi, I changed my Iphone in apple store due to microphone problem and they gave me locked Iphone insted of unlocked!! how can i changed it to unlocked ?

A replacement phone will be of the same model, same lock/unlock status as the original. If your original was unlocked, the replacement should be as well, otherwise contact the store that did the replacement.
my iphone was unlocked . when i changed it they gave to me locked !!
now iam outside Uk and i cant contact with the store that did the replacement ?
Was the original phone purchased directly from Apple? Not a reseller, Apple?
the original one from re seller unlocked , and when i changed in apple store they gave me locked to three mobile company , when i discussed with 3 they told me contact apple store and they ignore my request !!
I'm going to guess that reseller was CarPhone Warehouse? If so, the phone will lock to the first SIM card used.
Apple is the ONLY source of unlocked iPhones. Other dealers may sell phones as SIM free, but they are not truly unlocked. You will need to contact the cellular provider to determine their unlocking policy.

If the original phone was unlocked via the original carrier & you're still with that carrier then you usually have to contact them to get them to unlock the replacement, you just send them a copy of the paperwork indicating the phone has officialy been replaced.
If unlocked by a third-party then that's why you recfeived a locked phone as it wasn't logged by Apple.
If no longer with the original carrier then you'll have to check with them to see what their unlocking policy is - usually it is to obtain a payg sim of the original carrier (3) & top up with the exact amout to unlock then request an unlock.
