II'm puzzled what the Health App measures to be a 'floor'. I'm in the UK and when I'm working from home and don't have time to train outside I walk my house stairs a number of times. This morning I walked a series of 10 up and downs. Followed later by another set of twenty. 'Floors' in the Health App has registerd Five. Anyone got any thoughts or knowledge.

Though codes vary from place to place, a flight of stairs is about 12 vertical feet. If you've done 30 flights of stairs in a day an your phone only registers 5, there's something wrong.
I'm not sure if it matters what Apple call a floor, since the app should know your weight & the height travelled (from GPS, accelerometer/ gyroscope). That should allow calculations for calories used. Obviously GPS can have issues indoors but the accelerometer+gyro should allow for some compensation.
