My apple tv won't stop blink after the reboot

My apple TV (3rd) won't stop blink after I reboot this device.

I'd tried to connect by USB and recover to default by iTunes, it just stock at "waiting for apple tv" and the device still blink. (not very fast blinking)

Is there anything I can do except take it to nearest reseller?

apple tv model name is : A1427

Welcome to the Apple Community.

If your Apple TV fails to restore through iTunes……..

Check that you have correctly followed the instructions for your model of Apple TV.
If not already, try using a powered USB port.
Repeat the process but this time try connecting the cable while iTunes is closed.
Repeat the process with another cable.
Try restoring the Apple TV on another computer in another location.

thank you for your reply.

1. I've followed the instructions shown on apple's help page.

2. my model is apple tv 2. If I have restored it, I have to connect the AC-power line said in the help page.

3. If iTunes closed, I plug my apple tv into my MBP won't wake it up.

3. I will try to find another cable tomorrow, because most of 3C-device are apple's products in my home.

4. I have only one computer in my home, I'll try to find another computer tomorrow.
