Some photos missing after restoring from iCloud backup

I got my new iPhone and restored everything from the iCloud backup.

Almost everything went fine, but:

Some photos are missing.

They appear grey. If I click on them, it just says "Loading".

The photos defenitely are in my iCloud (I can see them on other devices and iPhoto).

Does anyone know how to load them?
