One to One website locking up

I am having a serious problem with the one-to-one website. I am able to perform 1 function...but after that I get a blue pinwheel and can’t do anything else. And it locks me in Safari where I have to do a force quit.


This happens on Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. And it just isn’t my computer....it happens at the computers in the retail store as well.

MacBook Pro, iOS 8.2
