I have forgotten the encrypted password to my itunes backup for my iphone. I was able to backup to icloud and I do know the icloud password. If I restore my iphone, will I be able to use the icloud backup with the icloud password? Or will it still prompt me for the encrypted backup password?

If you can't remember your encrypted password, you can choose to restore from your iCloud Backup instead of your iTunes backup.

Can I jump on this reply and add a question please, as it part answers my own initial query.
When I restore from an iCloud backup as opposed to an iTunes backup, will this affect my iTunes encryption password at all ? ie: I'm hoping it will reset.
