Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

Do you need the passcode or do you need the Apple ID and password? They latter is needed to turn off Find My Phone. We cannot help you with the latter. If you are the original owner and have a written receipt or other proof of ownership, then you can to to an Apple Store to see if they can help you.

There is no way to bypass Activation Lock or Find My iPhone, unless the original owner of the device knows the iCloud email address and password that is currently tied to that device. Perhaps you used a different Apple ID when it was originally set up?
