Where can I get a Copy of Mountain Lion?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Mountain Lion, which was only ever available as a download from the Mac App Store rather than a hard copy of some sort, is no longer available other than for people who already have it and need to reinstall. The system requirements for Yosemite are the same, so presumably Apple don't think it necessary to maintain both. I'm afraid your choice is Lion (which is available on a DVD install from the Online Apple Store) or Yosemite.

2. And Lion is also still available: http://store.apple.com/us/product/D6106Z/A/os-x-lion


And Lion was never available on a DVD.


Mavericks is no longer available and Yosemite is a free download.
