I am trying to find out why my music which did share on both my iPhone and ipad are not syncing anymore, I got a new iPhone and neither the tunes or ringtones synced onto my phone, although the tunes are ok on my ipad

They do not sync to each other at all.
You would sync all of them to your computer.

both devices are synced with my laptop, for some reason the music I purchased on my previous iPhone is not showing on my iTunes account so I cannot upload it onto my phone but all the tunes are on my iPad on the same iTunes account, all I want to know is how to get those albums onto my iPhone account,
i am trying to sync my music from my ipad onto my new iphone, it was originally purchased on my old iphone 4s, but wont transfer all the tunes onto the new one plus some of the tones i bought have been deleted and i dont know how to restore it
