I moved to a new place I am trying to connect my Apple TV to a new tv, I connected to power and hdmi but my tv is not reading the Apple TV and my Apple TV light is on all time and can't turn it off by remote

It's possible the TV doesn;t support the same rersolution as before.


Does the LED flicker when you press remote keys?


If so try holding menu and up arrow together for 6 seconds to cycle display resolutions.


If possible try a different HDMI cable/HDMI port.
