Health app help.

My health app on iPhone 6 does not show how much I did run or go the day after. After 12.00PM ITS makes everything to 0 on every page the day, the week the month and the da. PLS SOMEONE HELP. I did update my iphone to iOS 8.2 but the problem still there I did also reset the settings 4 times but the problem does not God away?

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 5.1.1, it says conect to itunes
