Bought an iPhone on the internet, SIMlocked

I have bought an iPhone 6 on eBay. The seller told me that it was locked on Three Mobile UK. He told me that I could unlock it in three weeks. I would like to unlock it, is there anything I can do to unlock it without jailbreak ? I'm in France.
