i have an iphone 4 that worked fine till yesterday.the phone was reset as it wasnt working well.now i cant activate it.keep getting error message

4 general causes of that error message:
1] activation server is down. Very rare occurrence, but when it does happen, it is
of short duration. Solution - try again.
2] your antivirus is blocking access to a website the activation needs. Solution -
temporarily disable your antivirus until the activation succeeds.
3] computer being used to activate the iPhone has been used in the past to
jailbreak an iOS device. Solution - use another computer that has not been used
to jailbreak and iOS device.
4] your iPhone is currently or has been jailbroken in the past. Google may provide some
direction, but not all jailbreaks can be undone.
