Something has happen I pressed button all it shows the numbers to open with password will not work, there a voice repeating the numbers each time I tap them
I don't know what to do.
Do anyone know what I can do.

You turned on VoiceOver somehow. Tap twice anywhere you would tap once (that is, tap twice on each number in your passcode, then double-tap to navigate). Then navigate to Settings/General/Accessibility and turn off Voiceover by double-tapping on it.
Lawrence is right above. A useful tip for shutting off VoiceOver is swiping with three fingers to scroll. Good luck!
Thanks guys, I did it myself just then, I pressed the main button a few times quickly and tapped in my password in it works like a dream.
