Sync Ihealth edge

two new ihealth edges will not sync with 6 plus but older ihealth does. Is it the watches that either show rollback(to earlier version) continuously when charging or do not register on Bluetooth in settings? Are they just bad as I got them at Best Buy? Any others have this trouble as my older ihealth watch works fine.
