My elderly aunt gave up her TV but now would like to watch 60 Minutes on CBS. Can she watch it on her iPad Mini for free
My aunt would like to watch TV on her iPad mini. Is this possible for free. If not free, how much?
iPad 2, Windows Vista

She can watch it on the CBS app which is available in the App Store. If she lives in a qualifying area she can stream it live.
CBS has their 'access' program which costs 5.99 a month I believe. They changed that a few months ago
Thank you to SBerman, Deggie and your very helpful answers. Now Ijust have to figure out why on some replies I get an option to reply and on others I don't. I do want to thank everyone who took the time to respond. I am obviously not a techie so I truly appreciate those of you who are!🙂
Did your aunt give up the TV because cable was getting too expensive? Unless she lives in the back of beyond where cable was needed - and still has a TV - Antenna will pick up digital broadcasts & some local stations now broadcast multiple channels.
No, sadly, my uncle passed away. They were used to sitting down and watching TV every night together. She said she just doesn't want to sit down and watch TV by herself. 😟 But she listens to 60 Minutes on the radio and would like to see some of the images.
Thank you!
OOh. I'm so sorry! That is the saddest thing. I hope someday she can enjoy it again and remember how much he enjoyed it. 😢
