How to restore a game save?

Hello. I've been playing Dungeon hunters 4 and Asphalt 8 on my old iphone 4.

I bought a new iPhone 5s and i wanted to transfer the game progress from the old phone to the new one.

I Got a problem there, as I restore from the backup of the apps I only get the apps but not the save files. I tried using Itools and transfering "documents" but It doesn't work.

Any suggestions?
