I am not being recognized as the organizer
when updating payment information I am told to check with the organizer to update the information but I am the organizer?

If you are not showing up as the organizer for the Family Sharing account you set up on your Apple ID, you may need to get in touch with the iTunes Store support team to take a look at your account. Here is some additional information:
