Problem with the graphic board - MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012)

Hello guys,

I think I'm having some problems with the graphic board on my MacBook.

Here's the problems that I'm experiencing:

• Every now and then I see barcodes all over the screen without any particular reason
• If I put the MacBook in sleep mode for at least an hour, I always find it turn it off (or I see the screen 'Your computer restarted because of a problem')
• When I turn on my MacBook it always get stuck in the middle of the loading bar, and I always have to force the power button in order to turn it off and then turn it on again

I checked all the peripherals and everything seems fine, but I think there must be a problem with the graphic board. It's probably worth mentioning that I've also installed an SSD on my Mac, so maybe this created some problems? Can I bring it to the Genius Bar with the SSD on it? Or I have to remove it first?
