MacBook Air and printer connection

I have tried to connect my MacBook Air and Canon PIXMA MP130 printer. The cable is connected physically, but my MacBook Air said that "The printer is offline." I checked "System Preference" → "Print & Scan". Then I checked "Setting" and I see that "Name: Canon PIXMA MP130." However, I see that "Device Name: EPSON EP 802A." which was the previous printer I used before. I don't know how to change "Device Name." I don't know how to fix this problem. Please advise.

Printers not behaving? Reset them and start from scratch | MacIssues

After resetting, click on the Add [+] button to add a new printer. Select your Pixma model. Wait to see if the correct driver appears then click on the Add button.

If no drive appears automatically, then you don't have the driver installed. Download Apple Canon Printer Drivers 3.2 package and install it.
