I've heard people saying that it will be better to restore iPhone and then it will automaticaly update to the latest iOS and sync all info. From the back up,
i don't know what to do, to update or to restore?
people say restoring is better and faster...

Both update and restore do place the latest iOS on your iPhone.
Restore does some additional housecleaning. Personally, restore would be my choice.
