Iphone 5c Bluetooth not working and clock is not working

MY iphone 5c, ios 8.2, suddenly decided to stop connecting to Bluetooth, and now the wheel keeps spinning but never finishes. The clock now will not tell time correctly. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you

Hello 911SC,

It may help to force close all open apps and reset your iPhone.

Force an app to close in iOS

Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If you're still unable to connect via Bluetooth, or the clock doesn't properly update, the next step would be to reinstall iOS on your device by placing it in Recovery Mode, then choosing Update in iTunes.

  1. Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
  2. Put your device in recovery mode.
  3. When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn onhttps://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201412

Allen
