Iphone 5c Bluetooth not working and clock is not working

It may help to force close all open apps and reset your iPhone.

If you're still unable to connect via Bluetooth, or the clock doesn't properly update, the next step would be to reinstall iOS on your device by placing it in Recovery Mode, then choosing Update in iTunes.

1. Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
2. Put your device in recovery mode.
3. When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

I pressed the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time and held them down until the apple symbol came on. I accidentally held it down too long the first time and it restarted twice. I also did a backup before just in case something went wrong. Hope this helps.

TThe forced restart worked here. My Bluetooth was only connecting the phone nit messaging or apple music to my car via Bluetooth. I did the forced restart and it's working like it did before the update.
