How to eject a stuck dvd from MacBook Pro

I have a problem that dvd won't ejected from my MacBook Pro.
Although I tried many times the disc didn't come out.

Try restarting while holding the eject button or try doing it with the trackpad pressed down.

1 - enter the following command into the Terminal app followed by either the Enter or Return key:
drutil tray eject
You many have to do it several times in a row.
2 - If that fails some have had success by slipping a index card or stock of about the same stiffness in the slot trying to get it under the disk and then run the eject command again.
3 - lastly make an appointment at the nearest Apple Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have it removed.
