connect to itunes problem. Iphone 4 16gb

Hi.

The phone is an Iphone 4 16gb 7.1.2


Restored the phone the other day and when I selected the region the phone goes to connect to Itunes with the blue logo.

Connected to Itunes but Itunes can not connect to the phone.


Restored the phone in DFU mode but it is still the same.


Tried to connect it to different USB ports but it is still the same.


What can I do to get it back to work?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2, 16gb
