Is this a glitch, something that needs to be checked out, or is this a tell tale sign Im being hacked?

My ringer has been turning on and off at random times. It has happened more then once, and I have made sure that nothing is even touching the ringer. I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else and how to stop it.

iPad Air, iOS 8.2

Try looking in Settings and then Do Not Disturb. Is it possible that the Scheduled or Repeated Calls settings are enabled?
