Cant swipe left or right with my iPhone 5s?

Just was using my iphone like a hour ago , was checking out a app. I put it down , and start watching Man Of Steel. My screen is unresponsive it is only working when I swipe up or , down now. Like I can swipe up control center , also I can't press anything. I can't turn it off because I can't slide right lol. I can't do apple support because I don't know the serial code and can't click on my email *** is going on.
