itunes match update stuck delivering results

For over a week every time my itunes match attempts to update it gathers my library information and then it is stuck. The message I receive every time is "Delivering your itunes match results..." I even reinstalled itunes. I can access the itunes store just fine and even attempted to update itunes match through the itunes store. Luckily I buy my music on my iphone so it has the most current songs, but I need to update itunes match to access it on my other devices.
