Top nav bar disappearing since Yosemite update

Every since I have updated to Yosemite the top nav bar, mainly the right side) keeps disappearing. Or some items will show more a second then dissapear.

Also my wifi connection keeps cutting out. Its fine on my other mac/windows os's though.

Any advice?

Thanks
