at least 5 times with your "skilled-consultants" on the line, no one has been able to solve my problem. I HAVE NO TIME, to be on the line with people which have no clue how to solve my problem, and because of that they assume that I am stupid or I am doing something wrong when logging in my iTunes account.


Bottom line: I tried to acces iTunes last Friday on my iMac, my password did not work. I reset it 3 times, and still does not work. It keeps asking me the password every time. My Apple ID access works no problem. My iTunes access on my iPhone works, no problem.


Please fix my problem.
