New AT

Bought a new iPhone 6 Plus at Best Buy. They did not active it. When I tried, had to call AT&T. Got a message saying "SIM card not provisioned". They tried a couple things but now are saying I just need a new SIM card.

I understand you are receiving a specific alert regarding your SIM card on your new iPhone 6 Plus. If you have contacted your carrier to make sure the SIM is provisioned correctly, you will need to contact them again for a new SIM card.


If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data
