How long does it take for photos to appear in the beta photo app of icloud.com?

How long does it take for photos to appear in the beta photo app of icloud.com? It seems as though they should be appearing, being that I've been on wifi for a considerable amount of time; however, the library remains empty. Curious to whether or not I'm doing something wrong--or if the process just takes a lot of time. Also, the amount of photos & videos is around 2000.
