Why my MacBookPro always ask for my admin password?

When I change typing mode, open any application and install application, my MacBookPro must ask for my admin password.

How to stop it ?

You can't stop it. This is part of the overall system security.

I has just changed my MacBook "language" from Chinese to English...

and I found that the problem sounds solved... haha
