iCloud can not connect to server

I am trying to open my email from a PC but it failed with an error saying iCloud can not connect to server (screenshot: http://cache.suyalynx.com/snap/2015-03-30_085257.png)

I still can open/view/send email from my iPhone

Is there something wrong with iCloud service? The status page shows nothing wrong though

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.2
