Latency issue in GarageBand ever since iOS 8 installed.

Any audio or music apps routed through the "Inter-App Audio" into new tracks in GarageBand for iOS will result in a fraction of a second delay in the recorded audio. After every recording, I have to manually zoom in and drag my audio to the left one or two tick marks to get it to align with the beat.

This does not happen with Apple's own built-in instruments, only any input using the Inter-App Audio, AudioBus or an external source for input.

I record using iOS 8 on an iPad Air 2, which should theoretically be plenty fast to correct for these annoying errors, so I'm wondering if this is underreported or if I'm a small subset with this problem.

Anyone else with similar issues?
