Q. - Sequentially numbering rows

Q. Sequentially numbering rows

Advice needed on how to sequentially number rows. - I want to start the second row with 001 and the sequential number to 011. I would then want a space. Then sequentially number from 100 to 160 and then a space then sequentially number 200 to 240. I will also want to add the occasional extra row and add an A to the row above - like this - the new row bellow 105 would be 105A. Seems like a basic question but cannot find answer by searching.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), Fusion drive - 3T, 16GB memory,

Hi Ed,

I think you are goin to be doing some manual setup after each break.

To get your numbers 001-011 you are going to need to tweak the format.

User uploaded file

Click the arrow in the token to show zeros and remove a digit.

After your space, type 100 and 101, Select them both and fill down to 160. Repeat for 200-240. Add your new rows w/ letters as needed.

Hope this is what you need.
