I have tried to reload purchased apps that are stored in iCloud . they reinstall but state they need to be repurchased.
ANy suggestions. They were originally purchased with lower iOS.
iPad 2, iOS 8.1.3
Where are you trying to re-download the purchased apps from? Are you going to the App Store>Updates>Purchased>Not on this iPhone and clicking on the cloud?
Where and when is it stating that they need to be re-purchased? What is the exact message?
