Help with emails not appearing

My emails from the last week are not appearing in my inbox on my iPad nor on my iPhone. This has happened a few times before but it never lasted this long. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.


In order to help resolve this issue where emails from a specific account are not appearing on multiple iOS devices, then I'd like you to please delete the email account from the device, and add it again.


Delete the affected email account from your device.

  1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  2. Tap the affected email account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Add your account again.
