In order to help resolve this issue where emails from a specific account are not appearing on multiple iOS devices, then I'd like you to please delete the email account from the device, and add it again.
Delete the affected email account from your device.
- Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap the affected email account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again.
