II'm trying to add friends to Game Center but every time I hit "+" sign it automatically tells me I am NOT allowed to add friends. This doesn't make any sense to me to me . I checked my iCloud account but there's nothing I can do that will fix it there that links to game center . I need help !

i tried that that several times in the beginning, but then I finally figured it out ! I had to go to settings then to restrictions , in restrictions I needed to allow Game Center to add friends, but then I just decided to turn all restrictions off in general . glad that's over and done with ! Now it works ! Thank you for your response though!
Try to sign out of game center, itunes and app store and sign back in.
