Mar 30, 2015 9:46 PM in response to tnorgaby ChrisJ4203,Not sure where you are located at, but I looked up the devices and it appears it requires an additional device to pair with a Bluetooth device. http://www.phonak.com/us/b2c/en/products/wireless-accessories/products/easycall/ using-easycall.html

Mar 30, 2015 9:55 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by tnorga,I will check with my audiologist. This pair of aids is suppose to do the pairing in the iPhone pairing section without the use of another device. When I use the landline phones at work which have a wire cable attache to the phone I get the sound on both hearing aids. But I am not able to pair up on my iPhone 6.
Appreciate the info you gave me and will look about the device.
Thanks, Jim from Phoenix

Mar 31, 2015 5:30 PM in response to tnorgaby ChrisJ4203,You're welcome. Unfortunately, the company's website support is lacking, and make no mention of the iPhone at all. I hope you are able to get some support. If you have additional questions about the profiles that the iPhone Bluetooth supports, you can take a look at this support document and see if that helps. iOS: Supported Bluetooth profiles - Apple Support
