can't find my personal hot pot any more since after i upgraded to IOS8.. please bring it back... is very needful for me thanks... because it services me alot please re-do the upgrade thanks ones more...

Hotspot visibility is controlled by your wireless carrier, so contact them.
Go to Settings>Cellular>Personal Hotspot and make sure that it's set to "on". If you don't see it there, contact your carrier.
