Auto forward sms (text) message from an iPhone to other phones?

Hi! I am looking to an app that allows me to auto forward sms (text) message from an iPhone to other phones. I know there is a forward function between your iPhone and iPad etc but I need this to work from an iPhone to iPhones (and other phones) that do not share the same Apple ID as the iPhone I'm auto forwarding from. It shall also only auto forward text messages from one particular phone number, not all messages recieved to the iPhone. Is this possible? Thanks!! //Nina
