my problem is i add icloud to my iphone and after that when it connect to wifi and charging it use internet it use 4 gig of my data i turn off auto backup in icloud i delet account i restore but do its job !! what can i do

If you turn off cellular data does the interent work on your iPhone? sounds like it does not.

I HAVE AN IPHONE 4 AND I ADD ICLOUD ACCOUNT TO MY IPHONE AND I TURNED ALL Options Except FIND MY IPHONE AND I TURN OFF ICLOUD BACKUP IN STORAGE AND BACKUP BUT MY PROBLEM IS WHEN I WANT TO PLUGGED MY IPHONE TO CHARGER AND CONNECTED TO WIFI ICLOUD START TO BACKUP MY IPHONE AND USE MY ENTERNET WHILE I turned it off!!! for solving this i delete icloud account!! but not work .even i restored and don't add icloud account !!
even i Test on other iphones but with first add icloud account when you connect to Charger and wifi it use ENTERNET
