Dragging songs in a playlist
I used to be able to click and drag songs in a playlist to put them in a different order but now it's frozen - any ideas?

Solved - in the top right hand corner of the iTunes page (underneath the search box) is a section in which you can choose how you want to sort the order of the playlist e.g. by Artist, Song etc. Selecting Manual Order enables click and drag.
