I can not charge the phone even though it shows the charger is connected.
the iphone has no battery left and now shut down.
the service in Israel can't help me because the model sold only in US and Canda
I bought the phone in the US and i live in Israel who can i connect for help,

Sorry, but the warranty for an iPhone is only valid in the country of purchase. In your case, you'll have to bring it back to the USA, otherwise it can't be fixed by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider. Since Apple does not accept internationally shipments, it can't be sent directly to Apple.
