How to upload iWatch app on iTunes?

Hello All,

Here I am developing an application for iWatch. I am about to finish up the application. Now I have some confusion about how to upload that app on iTunes store? Basically this app will be running on both iPhone and iWatch, so how should I proceed with ?

Can anyone please tell me how to upload iWatch app on iTunes store?
