Problem w ipod Classic. Screen shows the apple, the a big red X in a circle; then www.apple.com/support/ipod. I can hear slight clicking. What to do?
I have an Ipod Classic. 160 GB
It was playing fine, then froze.
Now when I turn it on (center button), it only shows the screen with the apple,followed by the screen showing a big red X with a circle around it and gives the website:
www.apple.com/support/ipod
What should I do?
