DHCP server not issuing correct (static) IP address

I've recently installed a new Mac Mini running Yosemite Server 10.10.2.

I have setup a number of static IP mappings for specific network clients, but the DHCP server is sometimes failing to hand out the correct IP address. Although the client is in the list of static mappings, it is instead giving a different, dynamic IP address.

I've tried de-activating and re-activating the network connection on the client, and re-creating the static mapping on the server, but nothing seems to stick - it always gets the (incorrect) dynamic IP address.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks
