ITunes for windows doesn't recognize my iPad Air 2 128 GB

I have the latest version of iTunes 64 bit.

The PC runs Windows 7

The PC detects the connection of iPad, instead iTunes shows a promt saying that it detected iPad, but it hasn't been recognized properly and suggests to disconnect and reconnect again the iPad; I did such operation, but I got always the same prompt.

I did all the steps I found out on the Apple web site - support (latest version of iTunes, latest version of IOS on iPad, USB cable, Apple Mobile Support, etc.) but no way.

The same iPad connected to another computer has been recognized correctly.

Any idea how to solve the problem?

iPad Air, iOS 8.2

Hello Riccardo-Gallarate,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

From your post I understand that you've isolated an issue where your iPad is not being recognized in iTunes on one specific computer. I see you've done some troubleshooting in trying other USB cables and ensuring everything is up to date, but there are still some steps to cover as shown in the troubleshooting article below.
